Okay, so these fish are not Alligator Gar, elusive Arapaima, or huge Goonch Catfish. And they were caught close to home. Nevertheless, these White Bass were just as exciting to these budding anglers. Sunday evening a low front moved in, which we had been waiting for, and Ray took the boys to the river. Some of us secretly believe it must have been a reward for watching 8 hours of General Conference, over the weekend:) Anyway, here are some pics.
Wow, I don't think we ever even thought to try and actually fish over there. Your kids caught some good size fish! It does not matter what they are, it's the fun of catching one. You should see the one Eddie caught on Saturday morning. Couldn't have been more than 4-5 inches and that was on the lake for hours. Your kids should be proud.
